Seriously, this is the time to fight back against the seasonal slump. How? Easy peasy!
Get Moving: A walk, yoga, dance like nobody's watching (because probably nobody is).
Just do something.
Feed Your Brain: Crack open that book you've been meaning to read. Get lost in another world.
Connect: Call a friend, visit family, just hang out with someone you like!
Zen Out: Meditation? Sure! Even just a few minutes of quiet can do wonders.
But here's the big one:
Look in the mirror! Seriously, are YOU happy? Do you like what you see? If the answer's "meh" or even a straight-up "no," it's time for a change!
Maybe it's a new haircut, a different style, or ditching those drab greys for some sunshine yellow. You'd be surprised how a little tweak can boost your whole vibe.
I ask my clients all sorts of silly questions, and you know what? Sometimes the most honest answers bring the biggest breakthroughs. So be honest with yourself. What makes you happy? DO THAT!
