Hey everyone!
Just wanted to give a quick shout-out from my new home, Brighton & Hove! I seriously can't believe I'm finally here. The move was, as you can imagine, exhausting. So Much. Stuff.
Right now, I'm hiding out in a cute little local cafe with a ridiculously good hot chocolate. Just needed a break from unpacking boxes overflowing with... mostly work stuff, ugh. It's going to take a while to get properly settled, that's for sure.
But already, I'm loving it here! Everyone's so friendly, a welcome change from the (ahem) *interesting* personalities you find in London. And I'm already dreaming of sunny days strolling along the beach.
Honestly, this move just feels *right*. No weird vibes, no second-guessing, just a comfy, "this is where I'm supposed to be" kind of feeling. I can't believe I didn't do this sooner!
Anyway, it's almost midnight (this café is surprisingly chill!) so I need to head back and try to get some sleep. Helpers are coming over tomorrow to tackle the unpacking – thank goodness!
