Hey everyone! Just wanted to pop in and say I'm feeling AMAZING today! Like, seriously relaxed. I think I've finally cracked the code on stress management.
What's the secret? A combo of things! First, I started doing yoga classes right around the corner. Seriously, it's been life-changing. All those stretches and mindful breathing really work wonders.
Second, and maybe more importantly, I finally realized I was overloading myself with work! So, I've had to cut back on the number of clients I see each week.
Which brings me to a little announcement: From now on, I'll be taking advanced bookings only. And, I'm going to need to ask for deposits. I know, I know, nobody loves deposits. But the last-minute cancellations have been a real bummer and honestly throw my whole day off. Plus, it seems to weed out the time wasters, you know? My friends in the same business have been dealing with the same thing and they also use deposits.
Anyway, just wanted to give you all a heads up! Back to my herbal tea and this awesome book I'm reading. Feeling good and ready to tackle the rest of the week!
